The Institute actively cooperates with universities, research institutes and high-tech enterprises, including Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai University, Shanghai East China University of Science and Technology, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, Harbin Research Institute of Electrical Instruments and other research institutions and the related enterprises, to jointly build an industry-university-research alliance and form a long-term strategic partnership.
