　　The seminar on communication and control distributed network system as the theme, received from 13 countries and regions more than 270 submissions. All papers will pass rigorous peer review process, the expert review, seven papers are meeting recommended on-site, published in the conference, paper have questions from the attendees, and give a detailed answer on the spot.
