Summary:On the afternoon of May 21, the second meeting of the Ninth Staff Representatives of the Shanghai Instrument Institute was successfully held in the multifunctional hall of the institute.   At the meeting, the delegates listened to the report of "Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute 2019 Work Summary" and "Key Work Plan for 2020" prepared by the director, Comrade Teng Huaqiang, and the "Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Trade Union" by the vice chairman of the labor union, Yao Liang. The report on the 2019 Work Summary and the Key Points of Work in 2020 and the "Report on the Approval of Funds for the Trade Union of the Shanghai Institute of Instrumentation and Instrumentation in 2019" made by Comrade Jiang Xiaolin, the review committee member, and reviewed the use of hospitality fees.   After serious discussion and deliberation by the delegates, they all passed unanimously.   Finally, Comrade Wu Qiujue, secretary of the party committee, summarized the meeting and fully affirmed the work of the new trade union in the past year, and encouraged trade union cadres and employee representatives from a broad perspective. And to strengthen the study of union and employee representatives, and continuously improve the ability and level of participating in politics; promote coordination, and continuously enhance the awareness of mass work to promote business work; classified guidance, and constantly explore the effective combination of the workers’ congress system and daily work; Four aspects such as advancing and making full use of high-tech means to carry out work have put forward new requirements.
