    Product Introduction:

    Internal calibration meters are generally analog pointer meters, including electric meters, three-and-a-half-digit and four-and-a-half-digit meters. Electric meters require the calibration meter to have a larger power (such as: the load current of the 10V voltage range is preferably above 800 mA), and the accuracy only needs to be around 0.05%. In view of the actual situation in China, the YS87D programmable multifunctional standard source has been developed. Its price is only one-fourth to one-tenth of that of imported machines, and the highest accuracy is 0.02%. According to the meter calibration regulations, the basic error, rise and fall variation, linearity, etc. of AC and DC voltage, current pointer meters and digital meters below level 0.1 can be calibrated. The error and output quantity can be directly read and can be set arbitrarily within the resolution range. The pointer meter can also be checked by grid and sweep. It can be used as a programmable multifunctional standard source for the calibration of electric system pointer meters. The instrument has a self-calibration function and is equipped with an interface and advanced and reliable self-protection circuit. It is suitable for automatic or manual calibration systems of AC and DC voltage, current pointer meters and digital meters, and can also be used as a standard signal source for AC and DC voltage, current and resistance.

    Ten functions launched:

    ● High resolution up to 20ppm (0.002%), 5.5-digit output value can be set arbitrarily.

    ● Short-term stability up to 50ppm (0.005%) in 15 minutes.

    ● T24AV type meter can be calibrated, and the maximum output load current in the voltage range is 900mA.

    ● The maximum output of the current range can be expanded to 50A.

    ● Self-calibration function, any calibration point can be calibrated and used immediately.

    ● Up to 50 scale points can be set arbitrarily for each range.

    ● 20 scale points can be set arbitrarily across the range.

    ● The error of each scale and fixed point value of the meter under test can be automatically measured.

    ● It can detect the needle rolling condition of the meter being inspected, with ten levels of sweeping speed.

    ● The error of the meter being calibrated can be arbitrarily switched between "reference error" and "relative error".
