In commemoration of the 112th "March 8th" International Women's Day, the Shanghai Institute of Instrumentation and the Women's Committee of the Shanghai Academy of Science have conscientiously implemented the requirements of the Shanghai Women's Science and Technology Committee, and have carried out a series of celebration activities to guide and inspire the majority of women at the Shanghai Institute of Instrumentation to strive for success in their positions in the new era.
On the morning of March 8th, all female staff members of the Institute participated in the celebration ceremony for the "International Women's Day" organized by the Academy online. They listened to the festive greetings and messages from Qin Wenbo, the Party Secretary and Director of the Academy, to the female comrades. After the meeting, the female staff members participated in the online theme activity "Together towards the Future" – Celebrating the 112th "International Women's Day" for Scientific and Technological Workers in Shanghai, listened to the speech by Xu Feng, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Municipal Science and Technology System, and offline female comrades in the scientific and technological system met in the cloud to celebrate the festival of the goddess.
In the afternoon, the Women's Committee of Shangyi Institute organized a personalized photo shoot event with the theme "Towards the Future, Blossom Youth" to further showcase the spirit of women. The event aims to praise and promote women, allowing them to realize that each stage of their life has its unique beauty, and that this beauty can be perfectly recorded and presented through creative and emotional professional photography.
