On the morning of April 2nd, our institute held a meeting on the construction of party conduct and clean governance and the maintenance of safety and stability in 2018. The Party Committee of the institute and the institute's management signed the "Party Conduct and Clean Governance Responsibility Letter" and the "Safety and Stability Work Responsibility Letter" with the heads of various departments (hereinafter referred to as the "Double Responsibility Letter").

The Party Committee of the institute and the institute's management signed the "Party Conduct and Clean Governance Responsibility Letter" and the "Safety and Stability Work Responsibility Letter" with the heads of various departments (hereinafter referred to as the "Double Responsibility Letter"). This "Double Responsibility Letter" added personalized content according to the work characteristics of each functional department, implemented one department, one strategy, was close to reality, and was more operable. At the meeting, Comrade Teng Huaqiang, the director of the institute, reported on the problems existing in the inspection of "Four Responsibilities and Coordination", emphasized the need to strengthen the construction of rules and regulations, and standardize the business practices of the enterprise. Comrade Wu Qiujie, the Party Secretary, delivered a speech pointing out that since the 18th National Congress, strict party governance has become the main theme of the party's political work. In the future, the work should put the political discipline and political rules in the first place, not abandon the principles and violate the system for the sake of benefits. Today's signing of the "Double Responsibility Letter" is only a formal implementation, the important thing is to implement it in content, middle-level cadres should take on their responsibilities, and create a clean and upright, harmonious and stable working environment.
