Golden autumn in October, fruitful and spirited on the new journey. At 9 a.m. on October 18th, all the party members of the institute gathered in the conference room on the seventh floor to watch the opening meeting of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. General Secretary Xi Jinping, on behalf of the 18th Central Committee, delivered a work report, which summarized the historic achievements made in ten aspects since the 18th National Congress, made two major judgments, and proposed nine aspects of theoretical analysis and policy guidance...

Golden autumn in October, fruitful and spirited on the new journey. At 9 a.m. on October 18th, all the party members of the institute gathered in the conference room on the seventh floor to watch the opening meeting of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. General Secretary Xi Jinping, on behalf of the 18th Central Committee, delivered a work report, which summarized the historic achievements made in ten aspects since the 18th National Congress, made two major judgments, and proposed nine aspects of theoretical analysis and policy guidance... The report is rich in content, covers a wide range of topics, and is a program of action for China's entry into a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Party members have hotly discussed the new judgment on the main contradictions in our society put forward in General Secretary Xi Jinping's report. Indeed, after nearly four decades of reform and opening up, China's productive forces and material and cultural life have been greatly developed. After the basic needs of 1.3 billion people in terms of clothing, food, housing, and transportation are met, there is a higher aspiration for a better life. The new judgment is the focus of our party and the key to be addressed, which fully demonstrates that the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core regards the well-being of the people as its own responsibility, understands the people's situation, conforms to the people's will, and wins the people's hearts. Party members have a deep impression on the "two-step approach" proposed in the report based on the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society, which they believe is clear, feasible, and accessible, greatly enhancing the confidence in achieving the "second centenary goal", and believe that under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the "Chinese Dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will surely be realized.
