In the third month of spring, when the sun is shining brightly, more than thirty female staff members of the Institute and the Brain Prevention Institute gathered to celebrate the 107th International Women's Day. The Institute's Women's Committee held a DIY party for nougat themed "Just want to 'stick' to you". On the morning of March 8th, the multi-functional hall of the Institute was bustling with people and filled with laughter. Amid the milky aroma of butter and cotton candy, everyone seemed to smell the milky, each person tied on a colorful apron and put on a pair of disposable gloves, waiting for the activity to start.

On the morning of March 8th, the multi-functional hall of the Institute was bustling with people and filled with laughter. Amid the milky aroma of butter and cotton candy, everyone seemed to smell the milky, each person tied on a colorful apron and put on a pair of disposable gloves, waiting for the activity to start. The person in charge of the Women's Commission, Comrade Wu Qiuju, explained the steps and demonstrated the operation, with female employees divided into groups of four, following the rhythm and taking turns to put butter and cotton candy into the induction cooker. During this period, someone was responsible for stirring continuously, someone was responsible for adding materials next to it, and the whole process was completed in tacit understanding. Looking at the butter and cotton candy constantly melting in the pot, everyone's face was filled with joy and expectation. After adding milk powder, the well-mixed looked quite sticky, symbolizing the strong affection among female employees... Finally, it was the shaping work after adding peanuts and stirring well. The activity was very interesting, with some carving words of blessing on the sugar blocks, some kneading sugar balls, and some tasting the self-made "milk tea" after finishing. Everyone packed the candy that had been cut and refrigerated separately, and couldn't wait to taste the fruits of their labor.
This Women's Day event not only allowed female employees to fully experience the joy and happiness that the holiday brought to them, but also created a platform for in-depth communication and teamwork among female employees in the unit. It also strengthened communication and exchanges between units, laying a foundation for the development of various tasks in the future.
