On the afternoon of June 9th, our institute held a Party Committee Central Group Study Meeting, attended by the leaders of the institute, Party Committee members, branch secretaries, and branch committee members. Comrade Teng Huaqiang, the Party Secretary, talked about the "Three Strictnesses and Three Realities" proposed by the General Secretary after conveying and learning the speech of Comrade Niu Xiaoming in the Party Class of the "Three Strictnesses and Three Realities" special education of the Institute of Science and Technology. The "Three Strictnesses and Three Realities" proposed by the General Secretary are the norms for leaders to behave and act. Our institute is a company that participates in market competition with products. The market is the best "thermometer" to test the company. There is no room for half-truth and disguise. To achieve great things in the company, the company's leaders must be "strict" with themselves and "real" in their work. They must use good style, make good products, and strive for good benefits. Comrade Teng Huaqiang, with this study as the starting point, arranged for the special education:

 

1. The last party class was given by the main responsible comrades of the Party Committee to clarify the meaning and connotation of the "Three Strictnesses and Three Realities" (June 2015).

 

2. Organize 3 learning and discussion sessions around the 3 topics of " strict self-cultivation, strict self-discipline, and strict use of power". Each topic will be led by one leader to speak, and the rest of the leaders will make supplementary speeches, ensuring that the session is not "cold" or "superficial". (May-October 2015)

 

3. Hold a good special democratic life meeting and organizational life meeting. In view of the "Three Strictnesses and Three Realities", check and rectify the problems of "not strict and not realistic" and their harm to the work, and further correct the style, seek truth and pragmatism. (November-December 2015)

 

4、Focus on implementing rectification. There are two aspects of rectification: one is to rectify the "not strict or serious" issues existing in the leadership team, list the issues, and rectify them one by one; the other is to rectify the "not strict or serious" issues existing in the leaders themselves, also list the issues, rectify them one by one, and at the same time, take responsibility for the team issues.
