On the morning of April 21, Shanghai Instrument Research Institute held a mobilization meeting for the theme education of studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. Wu Qiujue, the company's party committee secretary, chairman, and leader of the theme education leading group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. At the meeting, Wu Qiujue conveyed the spirit of the Shanghai Academy of Sciences' mobilization meeting on the theme education of learning and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and mobilized the company's theme education work.
Wu Qiujue pointed out that we should thoroughly study and understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the theme education work conference on studying and implementing Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics; deeply understand the great significance, goals, tasks and key measures of carrying out the theme education; strictly implement the deployment of the Party Central Committee from the aspects of strengthening theoretical study, focusing on party spirit tempering, insisting on investigation and research, highlighting problem solving, and improving capabilities, so as to promote the theme education to go deeper and more practical.
Wu Qiujue proposed that the basic requirements of the theme education work should be implemented from the aspects of in-depth investigation and research, promoting high-quality development, carrying out inspection and rectification, and establishing rules and regulations. She called for strengthening the leadership of the theme education work, strictly implementing responsibilities, and creating a good public opinion atmosphere. We must focus on solving problems and strive for practical results and effectiveness. We must adhere to the requirement of "practicality" throughout, improve our political stance and enhance our political capabilities. Through thematic education, we will solidly promote the implementation of the company's "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan, focus on the construction of innovation platforms for the instrumentation and intelligent equipment industries, transform scientific and technological achievements into market introduction, expand industry services as a guarantee, and be supported by standardized and high-quality asset operations. We will use asset resources for scientific research and development, scientific and technological services, and talent introduction, build an industrial cluster with technology product research and development and technical system services as the main direction, actively integrate into the construction of the Shanghai Academy of Sciences' "1134" science and technology innovation system, and strive to build the company's instrumentation and intelligent equipment industry innovation support platform into an important part of the Shanghai Academy of Sciences' R&D and service capabilities in the field of advanced manufacturing.
