The first staff meeting of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Co., Ltd. was successfully held

On the morning of November 8, the first meeting of the first staff meeting of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Co., Ltd. was held in the multi-function hall. Nearly 40 members of the company's leadership team and all cadres and employees participated in the meeting, which was chaired by Comrade Li Hongzhen, a member of the 9th Trade Union.

On the morning of November 8, the first meeting of the first staff meeting of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Co., Ltd. was held in the multi-function hall. Nearly 40 members of the company's leadership team and all cadres and employees participated in the meeting, which was chaired by Comrade Li Hongzhen, a member of the 9th Trade Union.

 

 

At the meeting, Comrade Teng Huaqiang, General Manager of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Co., Ltd., delivered a report entitled "Work Summary of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute in 2021 and Work Plan for 2022", and explained the use of the unit's business entertainment expenses in 2021; Comrade Yao Liang, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, delivered a report entitled "Work Report of the Ninth Trade Union Committee of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute" on behalf of the Trade Union, reviewing and summarizing the work of the Ninth Trade Union; Jiang Xiaolin, Audit Committee Member, delivered a report entitled "Work Report of the Ninth Trade Union Audit Committee of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute", detailing the income, expenditure and use of the Ninth Trade Union Funds. The participants listened carefully, and after deliberation, unanimously passed the above report.

 

Subsequently, in accordance with relevant regulations, the meeting elected the first trade union committee members and financial review committee members of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Co., Ltd. At the end of the meeting, Comrade Wu Qiujue, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Co., Ltd., fully affirmed the work of the Ninth Trade Union on behalf of the company's leaders. At the same time, he also put forward requirements for the elected first trade union members of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute from three aspects: always paying attention to learning and constantly improving their ability to perform their duties; always being simple and diligent, always having a service heart; always seeking truth from facts, promoting democracy, and safeguarding the rights of employees. He hoped that the new company trade union would carry forward the past, conscientiously perform the duties of the trade union, effectively strengthen its own capacity building, continuously explore and innovate, work hard, and write a new chapter in the work of the trade union of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute.
