The 2021 leadership team and leadership assessment meeting of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute was successfully held

On the morning of October 19, 2022, the 2021 leadership and leadership assessment meeting of the Shanghai Institute of Instrumentation was successfully held. Fang Qin, Secretary of the Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology Discipline Inspection Commission, and the institute assessment team attended the meeting. Members of the leadership team, middle-level cadres, representatives of labor, youth and women's organizations, and employee representatives of our institute attended the meeting.

On the morning of October 19, 2022, the 2021 leadership and leadership assessment meeting of the Shanghai Institute of Instrumentation was successfully held. Fang Qin, Secretary of the Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology Discipline Inspection Commission, and the institute assessment team attended the meeting. Members of the leadership team, middle-level cadres, representatives of labor, youth and women's organizations, and employee representatives of our institute attended the meeting.

 

The meeting was chaired by Liang Lihua, deputy director of the Personnel Department of the Shanghai Academy of Sciences. Secretary Fang Qin made a mobilization speech on this assessment. He pointed out that the leadership team of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments should insist on putting political construction first, lead high-quality development with high-quality party building, and further enhance political standing. In the next stage of work, we must thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, keep in mind the "major issues of the country", adhere to the two "consistent", and focus on strengthening, optimizing and expanding state-owned capital and state-owned enterprises, reflecting the responsibility and actions of state-owned enterprises; the leadership team of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments should take the corporate reform as an opportunity to work hard on the development of the main business of the institute, adhere to reform and innovation, continue to stimulate the vitality of enterprise development, and continuously enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. We must find our own development direction in the coordinated promotion of innovation and reform of the Shanghai Academy of Sciences, and strive to achieve higher quality, better efficiency and better structure. The leadership team of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments should fully mobilize the majority of employees of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments to actively contribute ideas and suggestions for the development of the institute, contribute their own strength, and let employees establish a sense of "ownership" with the honor and disgrace of the enterprise and share the achievements of enterprise development.
At the meeting, Wu Qiujue, secretary of the Party Committee of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments, and Teng Huaqiang, director of the institute, respectively reviewed and summarized the work of the Party Committee and administrative work of the institute in 2021. Jiang Yaopeng, deputy director of the Institute's Asset Operation and Management Department, reported the preliminary review results of the economic and operating performance assessment of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments in 2021.
At the end of the meeting, the participants of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments evaluated the leadership team and leaders of the institute.
