On the morning of September 14, 2018, the comprehensive assessment and evaluation meeting of the leadership team and leading personnel of the Shanghai Instrument and Measurement Research Institute for the period 2015-2017 was held at the Institute. Han Hua, the leader of the Institute of Science and Technology, led the way, along with Dong Yihong, the director of the Party and Mass Work Department (Shanghai Instrument and Measurement Research Institute Party Committee), Feng Xueji and Lv Jun, the directors of the Finance and Asset Management Department, Wang Lei, the director of the Security Department, and Zhang Bei, the leader of the Organization and Personnel Department, and other leaders of the assessment group attended the meeting. Uo Ji, the Party Secretary of the Institute, Teng Huaqiang, the Director of the Institute, and more than 20 middle-level cadres and staff representatives attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Han Hua delivered a mobilization speech on this assessment, pointing out that we should accurately grasp the main characteristics and specific requirements of this year's comprehensive assessment of the term of office, focus on the assessment of the comprehensive goals of the term of office, improve the assessment of business performance by classification, strengthen the assessment of the Party's construction in enterprises, give full play to the main role of the assessment, and further strengthen the construction of the leadership and cadre team.
Subsequently, Teng Huaqiang, director of the Institute, and Wu Qiuju, Party Secretary, gave their administrative and Party building performance reports for their terms of office. After the performance reports, the participants conducted democratic evaluations and other matters. The assessment team also conducted individual interviews with the members of the institute's leadership team, middle-level and above cadres, etc., on the performance and integrity of the members of the leadership team and the direction of the reform and development of the Institute.
