On the morning of August 28, 2024, the 2021-2023 leadership team and leadership comprehensive assessment meeting of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the multi-function hall on the 3rd floor of the company. Liang Lihua, deputy director of the Organization and Personnel Department of Shanghai Institute of Technology, and members of the assessment working group attended the meeting. Members of the company's leadership team, middle-level cadres, representatives of labor, youth and women's organizations, and employee representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Liang Lihua, deputy director of the Organization and Personnel Department of Shanghai Institute of Technology.



   

At the meeting, Liang Lihua made a mobilization speech for the assessment. She pointed out that doing a good job in the term assessment is an important measure to implement responsibilities, strengthen the leadership team's responsibility, promote the deepening of reforms of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments, strengthen, expand and improve the main responsibilities and main business, achieve high-quality development, and better integrate into the construction of the "1134" scientific and technological innovation system of the Shanghai Academy of Sciences. Participants from the Shanghai Institute of Instruments should fully understand the importance of carrying out the term assessment work and make an objective and true evaluation of the work performance of the company's leadership team. Subsequently, Wu Qiujue, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the company, and Teng Huaqiang, general manager, made a summary report on the term of office of the company's party organization team and the term of office of the administrative team. Lv Jun, a member of the assessment working group and the asset operation and management department of the institute, gave feedback on the preliminary review results of the economic and operating performance assessment of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments from 2021 to 2023. Participants from the Shanghai Institute of Instruments evaluated the company's leadership team and leaders.

 

After the meeting, the assessment working group conducted individual interviews according to the work arrangements.
