Our institute held the 2017 Economic Work Seminar

On the afternoon of January 23, our institute held a symposium on economic work in 2017. The leaders of the institute and the responsible persons of various departments and companies attended the meeting. The participants briefly reviewed the work of 2016, analyzed the trend of economic work in 2017, the favorable factors and the existing difficulties. Everyone expressed that 2017 is an important year for the implementation of the "13th Five-Year Plan" for economic development, with opportunities and challenges coexisting. We must be down-to-earth, overcome difficulties, do our own work well, and achieve the economic big step of the institute with the small steps of the departments. In the summary speech, the leaders of the institute fully affirmed the work done by various departments and companies in 2016, and pointed out that the realization of the "13th Five-Year Plan" for economic development is implemented through the development of each year, so we must grasp the current work, take one step at a time, and take steady and solid steps.

The meeting conveyed the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Construction of Party Conduct and Integrity During the 2017 Spring Festival" issued by the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Academy of Sciences, reiterating the integrity discipline. At the same time, the importance of safety during the Spring Festival was emphasized, and it was required that the responsible persons of the departments must personally participate before the holiday, conduct safety inspections of the workplaces they are in charge of, and eliminate potential risks.
