At the Soong Ching Ling Mausoleum, all the party members of the Shanghai Instrument Institute Company first raised their right hands solemnly in front of the party flag, reviewed the oath of joining the party, and further strengthened their original intention and mission as Communist Party members. Then everyone entered the memorial hall, visited and studied carefully, and learned in detail through videos and explanations about the glorious life of Soong Ching Ling, who always stood with the Communist Party of China and made indelible contributions to the liberation of the Chinese people, the health care of women and children, and the cultural and educational welfare. They deeply realized Soong Ching Ling's firm revolutionary beliefs, lofty patriotic feelings, and broad mind for the people.

At the second stop of the theme party day, the party members of Shangyi Institute came to the Minhang District Clean Government Culture Museum, which is based on the purpose of "not forgetting the original intention and keeping the mission in mind", with the clean tradition as the main line, inheriting the century-old clean style of the Communist Party of China, and integrating review, learning and warning as a clean government culture theme education base. The museum has "three museums, one corridor and one pavilion". Everyone stopped carefully to visit the Zhengqi Museum, the Learning Museum, the Warning Museum, the Clean Corridor and the Sanchong Pavilion, and learned in detail about the clean deeds of local celebrities and outstanding Communist Party members of past dynasties; in-depth study of the newly revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China" and "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China" and other party disciplines, party rules and laws and regulations; detailed understanding of the main functions, institutional settings, case handling procedures and other contents of the discipline inspection and supervision organs under the background of the supervision system reform, and received clean culture education, strengthened theoretical armament, and built a solid bottom line to resist corruption and prevent change.
