On the occasion of celebrating the 60th anniversary of the establishment of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Co., Ltd., in order to further enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of employees, the company's labor union recently organized employees to go to Binjiang Forest Park to carry out the theme team building activity of "Passing on the Torch for 60 Years, Instrument Road Moving Forward into a New Era" in accordance with the guiding spirit of the "Notice on the Implementation of the Theme Activity of "Enjoying Shanghai and Blessings in All Seasons" by Shanghai Labor Union" issued by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions.

    After the warm-up activities, the company's employees were divided into four teams. The team members made plans, determined the team name and slogan, created their own team culture and demonstrated it. In the subsequent team challenge session, each team carried forward the spirit of teamwork and used their brains to complete the magic bracelet, designated style photo, 60th anniversary history question and answer tasks within the specified time.


    Through this team-building activity, not only can the company's employees get close to nature and enjoy their body and mind, but it can also further cultivate their sense of collective honor and enhance their teamwork ability. It will create a good atmosphere of cohesion and prosperity for the company to implement the "one body and two wings" corporate development strategy plan of "using assets to drive scientific research and service forces, and using technology to support the development of the instrumentation industry" and achieve high-quality development.
