On the afternoon of December 28, the company held the 2023 Annual Performance Review Meeting of Party Branch Secretaries of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Co., Ltd. to Grasp Grassroots Party Building Work. Comrade Gu Jian from the Organization and Personnel Department of Shanghai Academy of Sciences attended the meeting for guidance. Members of the company's leadership team, members of the Party Committee, all party members, department heads, and representatives of the Labor, Youth and Women's Federation attended the meeting. Party Committee member Wu Weihua presided over the meeting. 

At the performance review meeting, the company's three party branch secretaries gave on-site performance reviews in turn, and the company's Party Committee Secretary and Chairman Wu Qiujue commented on them one by one.



Gu Jian pointed out that the performance reports of the three branch secretaries all highlighted common characteristics: responsibility, branch characteristics, and work highlights. The analysis of themselves was also very thorough and profound. He also emphasized that each branch should strengthen the construction of the party building brand; further strengthen the training and development of party members, strengthen the construction of the party member echelon and the review of party member development materials.
 
   

Wu Qiujue, the company's party committee secretary and chairman, pointed out that the branch secretaries were able to focus on party building work and promote the central work in the branch work according to the requirements of the company's party committee, and completed the various work tasks throughout the year well, and achieved certain results. At the same time, she put forward new requirements for the company's grassroots party building work: First, it is necessary to strengthen learning and improve the position, deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and enhance the personal role of branch secretaries; second, it is necessary to integrate into the central work and play a role, transform the party building leadership into an effective measure to promote the company's high-quality development, do a good job in party building to promote development, and focus on scientific and technological innovation, achievement transformation and lean management; third, it is necessary to implement comprehensive and strict party governance and show responsibility, and further consolidate the main responsibility of grassroots party organizations; fourth, it is necessary to root the cohesive force of corporate culture, create a good atmosphere for doing things and starting businesses, and take the 60th anniversary celebration as an opportunity to create a good cultural environment for the company to deepen reform and development.
 
   

After the performance reports were completed, the participants conducted an on-site democratic evaluation based on the actual situation of each branch secretary in grassroots party building work and the on-site performance reports.
