On the afternoon of December 8, Wu Qiujue, the company's party secretary and chairman, and his party went to Shanghai Wei'an Electronics Co., Ltd. for exchanges and learning. Wang Jun, general manager of Wei'an, attended the symposium. Personnel from Shanghai Instrument Institute and relevant departments of Wei'an attended the symposium.

Before the discussion, Chairman Wu Qiujue, under the introduction of General Manager Wang Jun, visited Weian's laboratory and production workshop to learn about Weian's product research and development and production in the fields of power semiconductors and other fields.

At the symposium, General Manager Wang Jun introduced the overview of Weian Company from the aspects of development history, core values, technological innovation, product layout and development planning. Deputy Chief Engineer Wu Weihua introduced the basic situation of Shanghai Institute of Instruments.
Then the two sides had in-depth exchanges on the cultivation of corporate core values, the introduction and training of professional and technical personnel, and the improvement of corporate R&D capabilities. Chairman Wu Qiujue gave many inspirations on how Shanghai Institute of Instruments can further face market competition and strengthen its main responsibilities and main business after the enterprise transformation, such as the core values of Weian Company "customer-oriented, technology-based, and adhering to the spirit of hard work" and the concepts and practices of product R&D oriented to customer needs and training R&D and technical personnel through "actual combat" service to customers. The exchange and learning trip of Shanghai Institute of Instruments to Weian Company was fruitful. Both parties jointly stated that as enterprises within the Shanghai Academy of Sciences system, Weian Company and Shanghai Institute of Instruments will further strengthen cooperation and exchanges in various fields in the future.
