Du Jun is a safety officer of our institute and an employee of the property safety management department. Since the city has carried out grid-based and regionalized nucleic acid screening, some employees of the property safety department have been working from home due to epidemic prevention and control management measures, and the burden of the department's work has fallen more on him. After March 28, the epidemic prevention and control situation in the city became more complicated and severe. Pudong and Punan areas first carried out nucleic acid screening, and some areas in Puxi also implemented lockdown management. Affected by this, he was the only one in the property safety department who could go to work at the institute. Faced with the heavy tasks of epidemic prevention and production safety inspection in the park, he had no complaints and strictly followed the requirements of the institute and the street to implement various tasks such as antigen testing of park personnel, management of personnel in the units stationed, reporting and material reserves of personnel left in the park, and production safety inspection of units. On March 31, when nucleic acid screening was about to be implemented in the Puxi area, he stayed at his post. After all units in the park stopped working, he accompanied the leaders of the institute to conduct a safety inspection of the park and was the last to leave the park. In special times, he interpreted the excellent quality of an ordinary employee of the Shanghai Instrument Institute with practical actions.
"Faced with the empty park, what remains unchanged is the daily patrol and the responsibility to protect one side. There are no delicious three meals a day, no hot showers to wash away the fatigue of the day, but what remains unchanged is the persistence to stick to the post." This is the "daily life" of Zhang Xingyi and Chi Zhongliang since the park implemented the lockdown management on April 1. In this special period, as security personnel of the park, facing the sudden difficulties, they did not back down, and regarded the institute as their home, and stayed at the forefront of our institute's fight against the epidemic. Not only did they actively cooperate with the street's daily antigen testing, nucleic acid testing and other epidemic prevention and control work, they also strictly followed the standards and implemented the park security work requirements such as safety inspections. Instant noodles and other fast foods are the "standard" for their three meals a day, and the problem of rest at night can only be temporarily solved by folding beds. It is under such difficult conditions that they have always adhered to the homes of the people of Shangyi Institute, performed their duties, and silently contributed their own strength to everyone's next reunion.
