On the morning of January 26th, the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter held a special democratic life meeting for the study of the history of the Party among Party members and leading cadres. Qin Wenbo, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Shanghai Academy of Science, and the supervision group attended to guide. The leadership team, Party committee members, and relevant personnel from the comprehensive office of the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter attended the meeting.
On the morning of January 26th, the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter held a special democratic life meeting for the study of the history of the Party among Party members and leading cadres. The leadership team, Party committee members, and relevant personnel from the comprehensive office of the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter attended the meeting.
Before the meeting, in accordance with the work deployment of this special democratic life meeting for the study of Party history among Party members and leading cadres, focusing on the theme of "vigorously promoting the great founding spirit of the Party, adhering to and developing the historical experience of the Party's century of struggle, firming historical confidence, practicing the mission of the times, deeply cultivating the feelings for the people, being brave in taking on responsibilities, and uniting and leading the people to walk the new exam road", the leadership team of the institute has made in-depth studies and discussions, carried out heart-to-heart talks, extensively solicited opinions, written comparative materials and speech outlines, and made all preparations to ensure the high-quality opening of this special democratic life meeting.
At the meeting, Wu Qiuju, Party Secretary of the Institute, reported on the preparations for this democratic life meeting and the implementation of the rectification measures from the previous year's democratic life meeting, and made a comparative analysis on behalf of the Party and administrative leadership team. The two Party members and leading cadres of the Institute conducted personal comparative analysis one by one, focusing on the "five leads", deeply examining the existing problems, closely linking their own actual situation to analyze the root causes of the problems, and clarifying the direction and measures for future efforts. The members of the leadership team conducted open and honest criticism and self-criticism that touched the essence.
As pointed out in the review speech, the Party Committee of Shangyi Institute could carry out the requirements of this special democratic life meeting for Party members and leading cadres to study the history of the Party, have serious discussions, conduct heart-to-heart talks, and solicit opinions before the meeting. Comrade Wu Qiuju, on behalf of the leadership team of the institute, made a statement, indicating that the leadership team should dare to take on responsibilities and tasks, and do a good job in the next stage of work. Third, we should strengthen the implementation of the main business development direction, carry out in-depth cooperation with various units of the system, and strive for new breakthroughs.
After the meeting, President Qin Wenbo inspected the epidemic prevention and control and safety production of the Institute of Metrology on the spot in accordance with the work requirements of the municipal party committee's large visit and large inspection.
