At 9:30 a.m. on the 18th of February, our institution held an economic work meeting for the year 2022 in the conference room on the seventh floor. The leadership team, middle-level cadres, and branch secretaries of our institution attended the meeting.
At the meeting, each department (company) reported on the work plan and goals for 2022. After listening to the reports, the director listened to the work deployment for the economic work of 2022 in combination with the economic and management goals of each department (company), and put forward work requirements.
Deputy director Jia Feng proposed that the Property and Safety Management Department in 2022 should, on the basis of doing a good job in all routine work, meet the needs of the business departments and do a good job in related safety and security work; it is necessary to further improve the environment of the 214th park; it is necessary to strengthen the management and service of the park enterprises and improve the level of the park industry. Haoshun Company in 2022 should strengthen foreign scientific research cooperation, adopt cooperative de
velopment and other ways to strive to tap new economic growth points; the company's scientific and technological personnel should combine the company's scientific and technological work, and continuously improve their professional capabilities.
Party Secretary Wu Qiuju said that the economic work of the institute in 2022 should focus on three key points. First, we need to strengthen the training of existing talents and the introduction of external talents to provide a solid talent guarantee for the development of the institute. Second, we need to find the right handles for the work, take the initiative, and while doing routine work and maintaining the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, we need to have a spirit of seeing things through to the end for the key and difficult work of the institute. Third, the majority of the staff and cadres need to continuously improve their own capabilities, make up for the shortcomings, and further adapt to the needs of the development of the institute.
At the end of the meeting, Director Tang Huaqiang made a summary speech. He emphasized that our institute is about to complete the company system reform in 2022, and the economic work of the institute will also enter a new stage of development. On the basis of increasing scientific research investment in recent years, the economy of our institute in 2022 needs to accelerate its development. First, on the basis of continuing to strengthen scientific research and other aspects of investment, we should focus on "output", and the investment should generate economic and social benefits. Second, all the staff of the institute should further clarify the goals, the Party members and leading cadres should play a leading role, and strive to build our institute into a new type of scientific research institute that ranks among the best in the industry. Third, after solving the problems of "wanting to do" and "being able to do", we further unify our thoughts and boost our morale to solve the problem of "how to do", and constantly promote the economic development of the institute.
