In order to implement the work of socializing the management and service of retired personnel of state-owned enterprises in this city, according to the requirements of the No. 53 comprehensive document of the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission in 2020, "Notice on Issuing the Method of Categorically Transferring the Personnel Files of Retired Personnel of State-owned Enterprises in This City", our institute should organize, digitize and transfer the personnel files of retired personnel of the enterprise.
After receiving the notice of requirements, we attached great importance to this new work, arranged personnel in time, and carried out the sorting and digitization of relevant archives. After the handover of physical archives in September 2021, we also carried out rectification and improvement of the handed-over archives according to the requirements of the management and receiving units, and the handover of 155 personnel archives of enterprise retirees before 2020 has been completed recently.
In the process of this archives handover, I have received guidance, help and strong support from the management party, Shanghai Yangpu District Employment Promotion Center, and the receiving party, Yundangtong (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. To express our gratitude, the Party Secretary of our firm, Wu Qiuju, presented a flag to the two units. In the next phase, our firm will continue to do a good job in the handover of enterprise retirees' personnel archives according to relevant requirements, fulfill the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises, and cooperate to implement the socialized management and service work for retirees of state-owned enterprises in our city.
