At noon on October 27, 2021, the youth members of the Institute gathered on the fifth floor of the Institute to organize a study of the interview records of "Xi Jinping in Shanghai", and the Youth League organization regards the interview records of "Xi Jinping in Shanghai" as an important content and important textbook of the current Party history learning and education. These 18 interview records reflect the leadership work process of General Secretary Xi Jinping, who served as the Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee from March to October 2007, and through learning, we have a deeper understanding of the main work of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his tenure in Shanghai and the rich political wisdom he has shown.

The participating members of the Youth League talked about their learning experiences. General Secretary Xi Jinping, with his modest and steady attitude, began with solid research and started to carry out work in an orderly manner. In just seven months, he conducted research, promoted development, advanced reform, benefited the people's livelihood, and sought innovation, quickly turning around the passive situation in Shanghai at that time, which had a profound impact on the reform and development of Shanghai. He was willing to serve as a willing ox for the people, dedicated to the people, and was admirable and commendable. These experiences cannot be measured by the length of time. Through learning, it is also inspiring for the members of the Youth League in our firm to improve their self-awareness, take steady steps, consolidate their foundation, display their personal talents, and compose the song of youth.
