The 2018-2020 leadership team and leadership personnel term comprehensive evaluation and assessment meeting was successfully held

On October 25, the comprehensive evaluation and assessment meeting of the leadership team and leading personnel of the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter for the period 2018-2020 was held at our institute. Yuan Guoxiang, Vice President of Shanghai Academy of Science, and members of the assessment working group, including Wang Lei, Director of the Organization and Personnel Department, Dong Yihong, Director of the Party and Mass Work Department of the Academy, and Xie Chen, Director of the Finance and Asset Management Department, attended the meeting. The leadership team of the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter, middle-level cadres, and some staff representatives participated in the assessment meeting.

The meeting was presided over by Wang Lei, the director of the Organization and Personnel Department of the Institute of Science and Technology. First, Vice President Yan Guoqiang delivered a speech on the mobilization of this assessment. He pointed out that state-owned enterprises should improve their political position, strengthen the construction of the Party, and further promote the central work of the enterprise through the study of Party history; development is the lifeblood of the enterprise, and the Institute of Automation should seize the opportunity of corporate system reform and municipal relocation property exchange, accelerate and strengthen the development of the enterprise's main business, enhance the industry influence of the institute, and let the majority of employees share the achievements of the enterprise's development.   

Finally, Vice President Yuan Guoqiang emphasized that the staff participating in the assessment should participate in the evaluation with a realistic attitude, evaluate the work of the leadership team and leaders during their term of office, play the role of the assessment, and promote the leadership team to better perform their duties and responsibilities.

Subsequently, Wu Qiujie, Party Secretary of the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Control, and Teng Huaiqiang, Director, represented the Party Committee and the administrative leadership team to make reports on their work during their terms of office; Xie Chen, Director of the Finance and Asset Management Department of the Institute of Science and Technology of Shanghai, fed back the preliminary review results of the economic operation assessment for 2018-2020; after the reports, the participants conducted a democratic evaluation.  

After the meeting, the members of the assessment group had individual interviews with the leaders of the unit, middle-level cadres, and some staff representatives on the work performance of the leaders during their terms and the direction of the reform and development of the Institute.
