In order to further promote the work of the Party's history learning and education to go deep and solid, educate and guide the Party members and youth of the Institute to commemorate the martyrs, inherit the Party's nature, continue the red blood, and draw the power to move forward, on the morning of October 12, more than 20 Party members and youth of the Institute and non-Party members visited the Longhua Martyrs' Cemetery in Shanghai for study and learning.
At about 9 a.m., everyone stood solemnly in front of the "Monument to the Dedicated Heart and Pure Blood for the People", bowed three times to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives here, and paid tribute with flower wreaths, expressing infinite nostalgia and profound respect for the heroic martyrs.

After the ceremony, everyone visited the Longhua Martyrs Memorial Hall, the former site of the Kuomintang's Songhu Command, and the Longhua Revolutionary Martyrs' Execution Ground. Through listening to the explanation, watching the multimedia performance of the sculpture of the Twenty-four Martyrs, taking the micro-party class, and visiting the site, the majority of Party members in the Institute of Science and Technology have a deep understanding of the deeds of the martyrs represented by Luo Yinnong, Zhao Shiyuan, Chen Yannian, Chen Qiaonian, Peng Pai, Yang Yin, and the five martyrs of the Left League, and have learned and experienced the revolutionary spirit of the martyrs who adhered to their ideals and beliefs, rushed forward one after another, and regarded death as if it were life under the hood of the white terror.

"The dragon's hollow has been admiring the high wind for thousands of years, the brave man died for his志未穷. The peach blossoms outside the wall and the blood inside the wall, both are bright and red." The poems left by the revolutionary martyrs of Longhua on the walls of their cells have been passed down to this day. The majority of Party members and Youth League members at the Institute have deeply felt the infinite loyalty and the revolutionary spirit of the martyrs of Longhua to the Party, the people, and the revolutionary cause through this visit and study, and they have all expressed their determination to continue the red blood, to draw strength from it to move forward, to base themselves on their own positions, to play a leading and exemplary role, and to contribute their own strength to the new round of reform and development of the Institute.
