Most of the female staff in my company have not made lipstick by themselves, and they expressed great interest and enthusiasm in this. Under the guidance of the teacher, the staff carefully mixed the raw materials such as oil, wax, and color powder in a certain proportion, heated and colored them step by step, and then poured them into molds to cool and solidify. Then they removed the molds and put the lipsticks into the tubes. Each female staff successfully made two lipsticks of their own specific color. After the completion of the works, the female staff randomly selected a male colleague to form a CP combination temporarily, thanked the male colleagues for their support in work, and gave the lipsticks they made to the male colleagues as a token of appreciation.
By making their own lipstick by hand, employees can have a fun experience and learn the method of making lipstick, which can improve their taste and enhance their temperament. It also brings colleagues closer together and increases communication among them.
