On the afternoon of November 13, 2019, the Party Committee of Shanghai Instrument Institute and the Party Branch Committee of Shanghai Institute of Cerebrovascular Disease Prevention and Treatment held a signing ceremony for Party building joint construction in the 7th floor conference room of Shanghai Instrument Institute. The leaders of the Party and government of Shanghai Instrument Institute and all the Party members of the Brain Prevention Institute participated in the signing ceremony.
On the afternoon of November 13, 2019, the Party Committee of Shanghai Instrument Institute and the Party Branch Committee of Shanghai Institute of Cerebrovascular Disease Prevention and Treatment held a signing ceremony for Party building joint construction in the 7th floor conference room of Shanghai Instrument Institute. The leaders of the Party and government of Shanghai Instrument Institute and all the Party members of the Brain Prevention Institute participated in the signing ceremony. At the meeting, Comrade Wu Qiuju, the Party Secretary of Shanghai Instrument Institute, delivered a speech, believing that the two units have "three similarities", namely, cultural background, professional field, and preliminary foundation. This Party building joint construction meets the requirements of the times, brings about the integration of business, resources and so on, and can also contribute a little to the construction of the Science and Technology Innovation Center. Comrade Wang Yan, the Secretary of the Party Branch of the Brain Prevention Institute, talked about the fact that we have a good foundation in group construction and interaction, and we also have positive contact and discussion in business. Party building joint construction can be said to be the right thing to do, which is conducive to strengthening the construction of the combat bastion of the grass-roots Party organization and is conducive to all-round cooperation and enhancing the core competitiveness. After the signing of the two sides, Comrade Dong Yihong, the director of the Party and Masses Work Department of Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology, delivered a speech, fully affirming that the Party building joint construction of the two units to connect the business work is an innovation, hoping to give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, give full play to the resource advantages of both sides, and jointly create a "characteristic brand" of Party building work. After the signing ceremony, all the Party members of the two units visited the newly renovated "National Anthem Exhibition Hall" together. Through the display of physical objects, the reproduction of scenes, and multimedia interaction, we fully understand the process of "The March of the Volunteers" from the theme song of the film "Fengyun Children" to becoming the national anthem of the People's Republic of China. Under the Party flag in the National Anthem Exhibition Hall, all the Party members raised their right hands and once again recited the oath of joining the Party.
