To enable the majority of Party members and Youth League members in the Institute to revisit the history of the Party and truly understand the fundamental reason why the Communist Party has continuously moved from victory to victory for more than 90 years, thus enhancing cohesion and a sense of mission, the Party Committee of the Institute, in accordance with the "Never Forget the Initial Heart, Always Bear the Mission" thematic education plan, fully utilized the red resources in Shanghai and organized all Party members, League members, and active members of the Party to visit the site of the Fourth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the morning of July 25.
