Our institute held a meeting and signing ceremony to implement comprehensive and strict party governance, strengthen party conduct, clean government construction, and safety and stability.

On the morning of April 28, our institute convened the 2019 Meeting on Implementing the Comprehensive and Strict Administration of the Party and Strengthening the Construction of Party Conduct and Anti-Corruption, as well as the Work of Safety and Stability. The members of the leadership team of the institute, the members of the Party Committee, the secretaries of the Party branches, and the heads of various functional departments attended the meeting.

On the morning of April 28, our institute convened the 2019 Meeting on Implementing the Comprehensive and Strict Administration of the Party and Strengthening the Construction of Party Conduct and Anti-Corruption, as well as the Work of Safety and Stability. The members of the leadership team of the institute, the members of the Party Committee, the secretaries of the Party branches, and the heads of various functional departments attended the meeting.

Director Tan Huaqiang conveyed the spirit of the "2019 Shanghai Academy of Sciences Meeting on Implementing Comprehensive and Strict Party Governance and Strengthening the Construction of Party Conduct and Anti-Corruption, as Well as Safety and Stability Work". Party Secretary Wu Qiuju and Deputy Director Jia Feng reported on the implementation of comprehensive and strict party governance and the strengthening of the construction of party conduct and anti-corruption, as well as safety and stability work in 2018, and deployed key work for 2019. At the meeting, the Party Secretary signed the "2019 Comprehensive and Strict Party Governance 'One Post, Dual Responsibilities' Responsibility Letter" with the members of the leadership team, and the "2019 Comprehensive and Strict Party Governance Responsibility Letter" with the Party Branch Secretaries; the heads of each department signed the "2019 Party Conduct and Anti-Corruption Construction Commitment Letter"; and the Director signed the "2019 Safety and Stability Work Responsibility Letter" with the heads of each department, implementing the main responsible party.

Party Secretary Wu Qiuju pointed out the need to implement the comprehensive and strict governance of the party, to persevere in promoting the "four responsibilities and coordination" mechanism, to play the "leading goose effect" of leading cadres, to optimize internal management, to strictly implement the financial management system, to strengthen safety patrols and supervision, and the heads of various functional departments should dare to take responsibility and protect the work of the institute's party conduct and clean governance and safety and stability.
