The Party Secretary Wu Qiuju, the Director of the Institute Teng Huaqiang, and the candidates for the new Youth League Secretary, Ji Beichen, attended the meeting. Comrade Gu Bingfei, the Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Shanghai Instrument Institute, represented the fifth Youth League Committee of the Shanghai Instrument Institute to report the work. With the consent of the Party Committee of the Instrument Institute and the Youth League Committee of the Academy of Science, the new Youth League Committee of the Shanghai Instrument Institute does not have a subordinate organization, and only one Youth League Secretary is set up. By means of secret balloting, it was directly elected. According to the election rules of the meeting, Comrade Ji Beichen was elected as the Secretary of the Sixth Youth League Committee of the Shanghai Instrument Institute, and the election work of the Youth League Committee was successfully completed.

 

At the same time as extending congratulations on the successful conclusion of this conference, Secretary Wu Qiuju and Director Teng Huaqiang also put forward new requirements for the work of the new Youth League Committee. It was particularly emphasized that the youth league members should strengthen their learning and improve their abilities; set an example and transmit the right message; take the initiative and be willing to take on responsibilities. The new Youth League Committee will surely live up to expectations and lead the youth league members of our institute to continue to sail far and create more brilliance.
