Shangyi Institute conveyed and studied the spirit of the 11th Municipal Party Congress

On the afternoon of May 17, 2017, the Party Committee Central Group (Enlarged) Learning and Special Organizational Life Meeting was held to convey and study the spirit of the 11th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai, as well as the three-point requirements put forward by Director Niu for the implementation and study of the spirit of the 11th Party Congress at the meeting of the Party Committee of the Institute of Science and Technology of Shanghai. Comrade Wu Qiuju, the Party Secretary, presided over the meeting, and the members of the leadership team of the Institute, the members of the Party Committee, the members of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and the secretaries of the Party branches participated in the meeting. Then, the three on-duty Party branches held special organizational life meetings respectively to convey and study the spirit of the meeting.

The meeting considered Comrade Han Zheng's work report inspiring and which outlined a grand blueprint for our work and life in this city. At the same time, based on the actual work, each person put forward their own ideas. First, we need to implement all the requirements of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party, and deeply promote the normalization and institutionalization of "Two Studies, One Action". Second, Party members need to set an example, unite hearts and concentrate forces, with the consciousness of "one Party member, one flag", to lead the vast number of workers and the people, closely around the economic center of the Institute, and promote the solid implementation of the annual work objectives and tasks according to the time nodes. Third, we need to ensure the safety and stability of the Institute, implement all the rules and regulations, and welcome the successful convening of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with a stable scientific research and political environment.
