At the research symposium, the company's leadership team reported on the progress of various aspects of safety production at the Shanghai Institute of Instruments in 2023. Only on the basis of achieving safe production can the company achieve long-term stable and healthy development. In the next stage. After listening to the report, Secretary Fang Qin pointed out that safety is the cornerstone and lifeline of the development of each unit, and put forward three requirements for the company to further improve safety work. First, it is necessary to ensure that the "prescribed" actions of enterprise safety production are in place and the "optional" actions have highlights based on laws and regulations, the production and operation scope of the unit, safety risk points and other specific conditions. Second, safety production work only has "continuing tense" but no "completed tense", so it must be grasped in normal times. Only by long-term efforts and continuous efforts can safety work be grasped and implemented. Third, all employees must participate and everyone must establish the idea of ​​safety first. Everyone is the first person responsible for their own safety. All employees of the enterprise must clarify their safety work goals, responsibilities and rights and interests, and actively participate in all aspects of enterprise safety production.
