At the meeting, the company's middle-level cadres reported on their duties one by one, summarized and sorted out their personal performance in 2023, found out the shortcomings in their own work and proposed improvement measures, and reported on the work plans of various departments in 2024.
After the performance report session, the members of the company's leadership team commented on the performance report in combination with their respective work.
