On the afternoon of May 16, led by Fang Qin, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology, Dong Yihong, Deputy Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Director of the Discipline Inspection Office, and others went to Shanghai Institute of Instruments to conduct a special investigation on "High-quality Development of Discipline Inspection Work in Theme Education". Wu Qiujue, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, Jia Feng, Deputy General Manager, and members of the Discipline Inspection Commission and the head of the General Office participated in the investigation.

At the research symposium, Wu Qiujue, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the company, reported on the methods, channels and work results of the company in supervising and enforcing discipline; he focused on introducing the company's internal decision-making process, strengthening the management of state-owned assets, improving the level of internal control management, and creating an atmosphere of honest employment in the company after the company's corporate reform, and reported and exchanged views on the key and difficult issues encountered in the company's disciplinary inspection work under the new situation.

After listening to the report, Secretary Fang Qin affirmed the work done by the company in the previous stage, such as implementing the requirements of the three-year action plan for state-owned enterprise reform and completing the corporate reform of state-owned enterprises, and pointed out that the company should take the corporate reform as an opportunity to accelerate the construction of enterprise systems, further strengthen the execution of enterprise systems, and improve the standardization and scientific management of state-owned enterprises; under the new system and mechanism, the company's leadership team should be brave to take responsibility, dare to take a step forward, seize opportunities, further clarify the future development direction of the enterprise, and use high-quality discipline inspection work to effectively promote the company to achieve high-quality development.

In the next stage, the Shanghai Institute of Instruments will implement relevant work requirements, focus on the construction and implementation of unit systems, tighten the cage of "incorruptibility", strengthen corporate management capabilities, and improve corporate management efficiency.
