The 2021 Democratic Assessment Meeting for the Probationary Period of Newly Appointed Mid-Level Cadres was successfully held


On the afternoon of August 13th, our institution held a democratic assessment meeting for newly appointed middle-level cadres, conducting a democratic assessment of three middle-level cadres who completed their probation period in 2021. The leaders of the institution, the assessment targets, various departments, and the staff representatives of the company attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the three assessment targets made a report of duty, summarized the work since the probation period of one year, and at the same time, found their own shortcomings and proposed the next stage of work objectives. After the report of duty, the participants conducted a democratic evaluation of the three assessment targets.

At the end of the meeting, the leaders of the Institute emphasized that in recent years, the Institute has placed great importance on the construction of its talent team, especially the backbone team of middle-aged and young talents. Through internal selection and external introduction, a group of middle-aged and young talents have taken on middle-level cadre positions, the age structure of the cadre team has been gradually optimized, and the strength of the cadre team has been continuously reinforced.
