The 2020 Democratic Assessment Meeting for Mid-level Cadres was successfully held

According to the annual assessment plan for middle-level cadres of our institution this year, on the afternoon of February 1st, our institution successfully held the democratic assessment meeting for middle-level cadres this year in the conference room of the multi-functional hall. The leaders of our institution, middle-level cadres, and representatives of the staff of each department attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the middle-level cadres who participated in the assessment reported on the work situation of 2020 and looked forward to the work of 2021. After listening to the reports carefully, the participants conducted a democratic evaluation of the assessment objects, and the assessment meeting was successfully concluded.

In recent years, I have strengthened the assessment of middle-level cadres, hoping to encourage them to perform their duties and take the initiative, and to become the backbone of the institute's further development.
