According to the document "Implementation Rules on the Reduction of Rent for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises by State-owned Enterprises in Shanghai" (No. 34 of the Planning Department of the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission [2020]), each rental enterprise can refer to the content of the document related to the nature of the tenant enterprise, business scope, etc., and if there is a reduction in rent in accordance with the document, the application for rent reduction and related proof materials (business license, lease contract, tenant's situation introduction, etc.) can be submitted to this office in writing before March 18, 2020.

The receiving department will follow the approval process, and after the approval is completed, it will inform the applicant in time, and negotiate the relevant reduction and exemption procedures.
