Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Co., Ltd. held the 2024 Annual Party Branch Secretary's Performance Review Meeting on Grassroots Party Building Work

On the morning of January 10, 2025, the company held the 2024 Annual Report and Evaluation Meeting of the Party Branch Secretary of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Co., Ltd. on Grassroots Party Building Work. Members of the company's leadership team, members of the Party Committee, all party members, heads of some departments, and representatives of the Communist Youth League and the Women's Federation attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wu Weihua, a member of the company's Party Committee.

At the performance review meeting, the company's three party branch secretaries gave on-site performance reviews in turn, reviewed and summarized the highlights of the branch's work in 2024, analyzed the deficiencies and causes in the work, and made plans for the next step of work. Wu Qiujue, the company's party committee secretary and chairman, commented on the performance reports of the branch secretaries one by one, affirming the work achievements and pointing out the deficiencies and future improvement directions.

At the meeting, Wu Qiujue said that in 2024, the company's branch secretaries will be able to combine the "one branch, one brand, one goal" creation activities of the Shanghai Academy of Sciences, and promote the party building work of the branch and the business work to resonate with each other around the annual key tasks such as the digital transformation of enterprise products, the establishment of the "Research on Key Technologies of Low Ripple High Frequency High Voltage and High Power Programmable Power Supply" project, and the series of activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the institute, so as to reflect the new atmosphere of work. At the same time, the secretaries of each party branch must also be aware of the shortcomings in their work, keep pace with the times, further enrich the form of the branch's "three meetings and one class", and improve the quality and effectiveness of theoretical learning and education; they must do a good job in the ideological and political work of party members and the masses, and adhere to the correct public opinion orientation. In future work, I hope that all branch secretaries will better find the entry point for the organic integration of grassroots party building work and the central work of the enterprise, forge ahead on the new journey of leading the company to achieve leapfrog development with grassroots party building, and build a strong fighting fortress for the party branch.

After the performance reports were completed, the participants conducted an on-site democratic evaluation based on the actual situation of each branch secretary in grassroots party building work and the on-site performance reports.
