In the third month of spring, the atmosphere is full of vitality. On the morning of March 9th, the department held the 2018 Economic Work Conference in the conference room on the seventh floor. Centering on the study and implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and focusing on the theme of the 2018 economic work, the middle-level cadres and relevant personnel in attendance made speeches in turn. Some comrades suggested that we should integrate the internal scientific research force or adopt the way of cooperation with the outside world to continue to carry out the research and production of medical instruments. This year, the focus is on market development, and we strive to see the results of the new products put into production in the same year. Some comrades talked about the current situation in their speeches, that is, the external environment has significantly increased the uncertain factors, which affect the development of the business. Therefore, we should be fully prepared in terms of people's concepts, skills, and the improvement of instruments and equipment, respond to market changes in time, adapt to the market, and control the market. The comrades in the management department talked about the work ideas on the establishment and improvement of the internal management system of the enterprise. In accordance with the principle of "standardization, rationality, applicability, and effectiveness", this year we will improve, revise, and integrate the internal management system of the enterprise, and form a system that is suitable for the operation of the enterprise.

At the meeting, Comrade Teng Huaqiang, the director, emphasized that building a first-class research institute in the industry is our unwavering goal after reviewing the work done by the institute in recent years. At present, the development of the country has entered a new era, and it has also endowed new opportunities for the development of enterprises. We should firmly grasp and take advantage of the situation to achieve a dual increase in operating income and staff income.

Before the end of the meeting, Comrade Wu Qiuju, Secretary of the Party Committee, put forward three requirements for this year's work: First, to find the gap and make up for the shortcomings. We should cheer up, advance in the face of difficulties, and catch up with the pace of development in the new era. Second, to improve the system and make up for the shortcomings. We should seize the opportunity of the first half of the year to sort out and revise the system, combine the problems of non-standard implementation of the system, learn from one instance to prevent similar incidents, and build a solid "fence" of the system. Third, to lead the team and make up for the gaps. Future development will rely on the continuous efforts and struggles of young employees. Therefore, every cadre has the responsibility to lead their own employees well, to unite people's hearts, to pool wisdom, and to form a powerful cohesion for the economic development of the Institute.
