On the morning of June 2nd, the award ceremony of the second China Intelligent Instrument Design Competition, sponsored by Shanghai University, Shanghai Instrument and Measurement Research Institute, Shanghai Instrument and Measurement Society, and Shanghai Tonghui Electronics, and the opening ceremony of the third China Intelligent Instrument Design Competition, sponsored by "Tonghui Electronics-Apex", were grandly held at Shanghai University. Experts in the industry, representatives from enterprises and institutions, supporting media, and students from schools who came to participate all attended this event. Compared with the first competition, this competition has attracted more excellent technical personnel and college students from all over the country, and more innovative designs and excellent works with industrial value have emerged. The competition has become one of the important activities in the instrument and measurement industry.

At the meeting, the congratulatory telegram from Academician Zhuang Songlin, the former president of the Chinese Instrument and Instrument Society and the initiator of the competition, was read. Comrade Yan Guoxiang, the vice president of Shanghai Academy of Science and the director of the guidance unit of the competition, delivered a speech at the meeting. He congratulated the successful holding of the competition, fully affirmed the contribution of the competition to the promotion of the industrial chain of China's instrument and instrument industry, and to the improvement of the research and development level of China's instrument and instrument industry, and wished the follow-up competition more fruitful. The representatives of the first prize winning team, Beijing Institute of Technology, and the second prize winning team, Shanghai University, introduced the principles and functions of the winning works on the spot. As the sponsor and co-organizer of the third competition, Mr. Zhong Xiaoliang, the manager of the IC business department of Epson (China) Co., Ltd., signed the naming right contract for the third competition on the spot with Academician Teng Huaqiang. He stated that he would fully support the operation of the competition.
