The 2017 Instrument and Meter Talent Training Course was successfully concluded

In order to enable the relevant staff of instruments and meters to learn the theory and method of modern instruments and meters design, master the advanced technology methods and modern technology means to solve the engineering practice problems in this field, and promote the training of composite talents in the instrument and meter industry. The three-day "2017 Shortage Talent Training Class for Instruments and Meters" jointly sponsored by Shanghai Institute of Instruments and Meters, Shanghai Society of Instruments and Meters, and Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology Management, was successfully held from May 10th to 12th, 2017.

Forty nearly participants from 17 units related to the instrument and meter industry attended this training class. Hu Qingcheng, Party Secretary of Shanghai Science and Technology Management Cadre College, and Teng Huaqiang, Director of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute, attended the opening ceremony and delivered the opening动员. The main content of this training class includes technical theory lectures, on-site teaching, and interactive discussions among participants. The technical theory lectures invited college professors with profound academic achievements, broad knowledge, and large information volume in the field of instrument and meter to closely focus on the advanced technology of the instrument and meter industry and combine the actual products to teach the participants the advanced technology and means of contemporary technology. On the afternoon of May 11th, under the leadership of Wu Qiujie, Party Secretary of Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute, the participants went to the Jinqiao Base of Shanghai Industrial Technology Research Institute for on-site teaching. The participants further increased their accumulation of relevant theoretical knowledge, broadened their horizons, and improved their understanding. In the evening, group discussions and exchanges were closely combined with the actual work of the participants, talking about their understanding and experience, and the atmosphere was warm and harmonious. Through the discussion and exchange, everyone has a new understanding of the future development direction of the instrument and meter industry.

Through the study of this training class, the students further enriched their theoretical literacy, and also found the gap and shortcomings, which played a positive role in improving personal comprehensive quality and doing a good job in the future.
