At 2 p.m. on the afternoon of the 26th, the HR Special Committee's term change and the Yitao Aluminum Industry Expo City Development Seminar were held in the conference room of Building A of the Yitao Aluminum Alloy Expo City at No. 17 Nan Da Road. More than 120 members and guests actively participated, far exceeding the number of registered participants, and the atmosphere was very warm.

The council elected 19 members, and the third council meeting unanimously elected Professor Zhang Peide as the president. According to the plan of the special committee, the last weekend of every even month is hosted by the vice president unit. After consultation, the vice president units have scheduled the even-month forums. The third council meeting also elected 9 ministers, each of whom is a council member. The third council meeting also hired 9 senior consultants from inside and outside the special committee. Professor Zhang Peide, the chairman of the second term of the HR special committee ( president), first introduced the preparation of this meeting and explained the amendments to the work regulations (charter) of the special committee. Then, the conference read the recommended list of 19 council members, and the representatives in attendance unanimously passed it.

Finally, in a warm round of applause, Teng Huaqiang, Vice President of the Shanghai Instrument and Meter Society, delivered the closing address. He first thanked the organizing committee for their preparations for the conference, then he fully affirmed the work of the second HR Professional Committee, and finally he hoped that the new HR Professional Committee would continue to set an example and a template for the work of the Society's Professional Committee.
