2015 National Embedded Instrument and System Technology Conference was successfully held

In order to promote the application and development of embedded technology in the field of instruments and meters nationwide, the 7th National Conference on Embedded Instrument and System Technology sponsored by the Shanghai Instrument and Meter Society and theEmbedded Instrument and System Technology Branch of the Chinese Instrument and Meter Society was held in Kunming, Yunnan Province, at the Yunnan University of Finance and Economics (Yunnan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center of Management and Public Service Informatization) from November 13th to 15th, 2015.

Experts, scholars, and teachers from Yunnan, Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Nanjing, Heilongjiang, Hunan, Taiyuan, Anhui, Zhengzhou, and other places such as Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai University, Chongqing University, Northeast University, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Kunming City Quality Association, Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute, Kunming City Anti-Counterfeiting and Protection of Famous Brand Association, Yunnan Inspection and Testing Technology Co., Ltd., Yunnan Gas Measurement Inspection Institute, Shanghai Tang Hui Electronics Co., Ltd., the Journal of Instrument and Meter, the Shanghai Automation Society, and other institutions, totaling about 120 people, attended this year's annual meeting. The opening ceremony was chaired by Professor Yi Hong, a professor at the Yunnan University of Finance and Economics Information Engineering Technology Research Center of Yunnan Province, and Professor Fei Rui Nian, the chairman of theEmbedded Instrument and System Technology Branch of the Chinese Instrument and Meter Society and the vice chairman of the Shanghai Instrument and Meter Society, delivered the opening speech. Professor Zhou Yue, the vice president of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, delivered a speech and extended a warm welcome to all the delegates and guests, wishing the conference a complete success.

A total of 62 papers were submitted to this conference. After being reviewed by experts, 42 papers were accepted for the conference and were recommended to be published in journals such as the "Journal of Instrumental Science" (EI source journal), "Recent Advances in Electrical & Electronic Engineering" (EI source journal), "Instrument Technology", "Electronic Measurement Technology", etc. after being selected. This conference also invited well-known scholars and experts in the field of embedded systems, such as Professor Su Hongye, the Yangtze River Scholar and Outstanding Youth Fund at Zhejiang University, Professor Song Shijin from Tsinghua University, Professor Ye Dan, a National Outstanding Youth Fund at Northeast University, Professor Peng Chen, an Eastern Scholar at Shanghai University, Academician Chen Kai, a National Model Worker at Shanghai Automation Instrument Co., Ltd., Academician Teng Huaqiang, a professor-level high engineer at the Shanghai Institute of Instrumental Science, Academician Zhang Ying, the executive deputy editor of the "Journal of Instrumental Science", and Academician Yi Hong, the director of the Yunnan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Management and Public Service Informationization at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, to guide and give keynote speeches at the conference.

This meeting has extensively and deeply exchanged academic ideas and technical discussions on embedded system theory and technology, intelligent perception and knowledge automation, networked control system, fault-tolerant control system, public service informatization, and paper writing and submission to high-level academic journals, showcasing the latest achievements in embedded system technology research and informatization product development in recent years, which has important practical significance for promoting the research of embedded systems and the development of informatization applications in China.
