The 2015 Technical Development Exchange Meeting of Electrical Measuring Instruments was successfully held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang from May 20th to 23rd, 2015. Representatives from selected provincial and municipal metrology technical institutions, the aviation and aerospace system, scientific research institutions, and related electrical measuring instrument manufacturers across the country participated in this meeting.
Representatives from the China Metrology Institute, the China Institute of Testing Technology, the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter, the Aviation and Aerospace Science and Technology Group, the Shanghai Institute of Metrology and Testing Technology, the Fujian Metrology Science Research Institute, the Heilongjiang Metrology Science Research Institute, and others attended this meeting. Li Jianming, the director of the Electronic Institute of the China Institute of Testing Technology, and Hou Xiaojing, the deputy director, gave keynote speeches. Teng Huaqiang, the director of the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter, and Jin Haibin, the director of the Aviation and Aerospace Science and Technology Group, also gave keynote speeches. Cao Shuguang, the president of the Heilongjiang Metrology Science Research Institute, and Song Jianhua, the president of the Fujian Metrology Science Research Institute, gave speeches during the discussion session. Academician Zhang Zhonghua paid attention to this meeting and sent a congratulatory message to the conference.
The conference topics mainly include: the current situation of domestic and foreign instruments and meters; the calibration specifications of AC resistors; the test methods of AC resistors; the manufacturing technology of resistors; energy efficiency management.
Among them, the technical personnel of Shanghai Institute of Metrology and Testing Technology reported on the research progress of the project "Precise Measurement Device for Digital AC Resistance" of the General Administration of Science, Technology and Innovation, which was highly praised by the experts present. The project has made some progress in the research on the precise measurement of AC resistance and its time constant, and has successfully developed the first quasi-balanced four-terminal AC resistance bridge in China. At present, the national metrology calibration specification for the AC resistance box in the laboratory is being drafted.
The conference delegates exchanged views on the current situation and trends of the development of electrical measuring instruments, and had a heated discussion on the basis of resource sharing, social cooperation and technological innovation, providing positive and effective suggestions from various levels, and expressing great expectations for the technological development of electrical measuring instruments, and willing to work together.
