Academic Exchange Conference on Embedded System Networking and Intelligent Sensors

To celebrate the 12th Academic Annual Meeting of Shanghai, the 6th National Conference on Embedded Instrument and System Technology, sponsored by the Shanghai Instrument and Instrument Society and theEmbedded Instrument and System Technology Branch of the Chinese Instrument and Instrument Society, was held at the administrative building of the 3rd Floor Conference Hall of Shanghai Institute of Industrial Technology, Songjiang Campus, on October 18, 2014.

The series of conferences was first held in 2009. The theme of this year's conference is "Expert Forum on Networked and Intelligent Sensors in Embedded Systems", aiming to discuss the latest research findings and development trends in the fields of embedded systems and networks, embedded instruments, and intelligent sensors. It provides a platform for scholars and industry insiders in the field of embedded systems and related areas to exchange the latest research results and engage in extensive academic discussions.

A total of 77 papers were submitted to this conference. After being reviewed by experts, 42 papers were accepted for the conference and were recommended to be published in journals such as the Journal of Instrumental Science, Instrumental Technology, and Electronic Measurement Technology after being selected. This conference also invited well-known scholars and experts in the field of embedded systems, such as Academician Zhuang Songlin, the Honorary Chairman of the Chinese Instrumental Science Association, Professor Yue Dong, the Changjiang Scholar at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Professor Wang Yaonan, the expert in the 863 Program Intelligent Robot Theme at Hunan University, Professor Tu Xiaowei from the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Professor Su Hongye from Zhejiang University, Professor Cheng Wushan from Shanghai Engineering Technology University, Professor Chang Xiaoming from Taiyuan University of Technology, who is the recipient of the Provincial May Day Labor Medal, Researcher Ding Zhigang from the Shanghai Research Center of Embedded System Applications, Professor Teng Huaqiang from the Shanghai Institute of Instrumental Science, and Senior Engineer Cui Jianping from the Journal of Instrumental Science, to guide and give keynote speeches at the conference.

The conference focused on the academic exchange and technical discussion of embedded system theory and technology, the promotion of applied research results, and issues such as the networking and intelligent sensing of embedded systems. It showcased the latest achievements in embedded system technology research and product development in recent years, promoted the construction of disciplines and scientific research development in related fields in China, and has significant practical significance for promoting the research and application development of embedded systems in China.
