On the morning of October 20, Lu Jinjun, Chairman of Shanghai Keyao Technology Development Co., Ltd., and his delegation went to the Shanghai Institute of Instruments for research. Wu Qiujue, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, and Jia Feng, Deputy General Manager, attended the research symposium. Special industry expert Huang Ying, Industry Director of Spirent Communications Technology Co., Ltd., Yu Qiang, Assistant to the Chairman of Shanghai Keyao Technology Development Co., Ltd., Lei Hui, Executive Director and General Manager of Shanghai Keyao Industrial Co., Ltd., and the heads of the R&D Center, Metrology and Testing Center, and General Office of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments participated in the research.

At the symposium, Lu Jinjun gave a detailed introduction to the construction of the "1134" scientific and technological innovation system of the Shanghai Academy of Sciences, and the relevant situation of Keyao Company focusing on asset management, achievement transformation, capital docking, and building the Shanghai Academy of Sciences' scientific and technological cooperation and exchange platform. Jia Feng gave a detailed introduction to the relevant situation of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments from the aspects of corporate profile, product research and development and achievement transformation, third-party testing and scientific and technological services. Afterwards, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on how to cooperate in the development of diagnostic and evaluation equipment for elderly cognitive impairment, the construction of smart grids under the background of industrial Internet, and the development of third-party measurement and testing business. Wu Qiujue warmly welcomed Chairman Lu Jinjun and his party to the company for research and guidance, and proposed that in the future, the Shanghai Institute of Instruments should strengthen its contact and cooperation with Keyao Company in the transformation of research and development results and the docking of scientific and technological service resources in the market, so as to provide new impetus for the new round of reform and development of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments.
