On the morning of October 19, 2022, the 2021 leadership and leadership assessment meeting of the Shanghai Institute of Instrumentation was successfully held. Fang Qin, Secretary of the Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology Discipline Inspection Commission, and the institute assessment team attended the meeting. At 10 a.m. on October 16, the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered a report to the Congress on behalf of the 19th Central Committee. Under the organization of the Party Committee of the Institute, the majority of party members and employees of our institute listened carefully to and watched the live broadcast of the opening ceremony.

On July 27, the Party Committee of Shanghai Instrument Institute held a theoretical center group study (expanded) meeting, with members of the institute's leadership team, Party Committee members, and branch secretaries attending the meeting. July 1st is the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. On this special day, the Party Committee of Shanghai Instrument Institute held a "July 1st" celebration and epidemic prevention and control commendation exchange meeting. Guided by the spirit of General Secretary Xi's important speech on epidemic prevention and control, this meeting conscientiously studied and implemented the spirit of the 12th Party Congress of Shanghai, reviewed and summarized the current round of epidemic prevention and control work of our institute, commended employees who performed outstandingly in epidemic prevention and control, and further explored the shining points of enterprise employees through sharing and communication with each other, gathered and promoted positive energy, boosted morale, and helped our institute to further do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and promote enterprise reform and development. This year's Children's Day is very special. There is no stage for costumes, no flowers and applause, no handshakes and hugs. However, they have different happiness. During the epidemic, the children felt the love of their parents in every meal; the love of their teachers in the weekly cloud videos; the love of the society in the long road of fighting the epidemic; and the dedication of the volunteer uncles and aunts, and then loved and respected those who contributed to us in the society. Being entrusted with the task in times of crisis, we will face the epidemic head on

Since the lockdown of my residential community, I took the initiative to report to the community and became a community volunteer to carry out community epidemic prevention work on the spot. On April 15, I actively responded to the call of the party organization and became a member of the city's science and technology system to support the front-line anti-epidemic work team. That night, I packed my luggage early and prepared enough clothes and daily necessities to be called upon at any time.
