The 9th Third Staff Representative Conference of the Shanghai Institute of Instruments was successfully held

On the morning of February 1st, the third meeting of the ninth workers' representative assembly of the Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute was held smoothly in the multi-functional hall of the institute. At the meeting, the workers' representatives listened to the report "Summary of the Work of the Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute in 2020 and Key Points of the Work in 2021" by Comrade Teng Huaqiang, the director of the institute, and the report "Summary of the Work of the Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Trade Union in 2020 and Key Points of the Work in 2021" by Comrade Yao Liang, the deputy chairman of the trade union of the institute, and the report "Audit of the Finances of the Shanghai Instrument and Meter Research Institute Trade Union in 2020" by Comrade Jiang Xiaolin, the member of the trade union committee of the institute, and reviewed the use of the business entertainment expenses of the institute. After careful discussion and review by the workers' representatives, all the reports were passed unanimously.

At the meeting, Party Secretary Wu Qiuju expounded the importance and significance of the company's restructuring and transformation, and Director Tang Huaqiang introduced the main content of the "Shanghai Instrument and Instrument Research Institute Restructuring and Transformation Plan". At the meeting, the staff representatives discussed the relevant content of the restructuring plan, and the institute leaders answered some of the questions raised by the staff. On the basis of fully developing democracy, widely listening to opinions, and forming necessary consensus, all the staff representatives of the institute deliberated and passed the "Shanghai Instrument and Instrument Research Institute Restructuring and Transformation Plan" by voting.
At the meeting, the outstanding staff of the Institute of Optics in 2019-2020 were commended: 5 staff members were awarded the title of Outstanding Staff in 2019-2020, and 3 staff members were awarded the title of Commended Staff in 2019-2020. The institute leaders awarded the honorary staff members.
