Shangyi Law Firm held a lecture on popularizing the Civil Code

In order to further enhance the awareness of the rule of law among the staff and cadres of the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter, and to promote the staff and cadres to learn the law, understand the law, abide by the law, and use the law, a legal knowledge lecture on the newly enacted "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" and the rights and responsibilities of employees was held in the multi-functional lecture hall of the Institute on the afternoon of July 30th. This lecture was specially invited by the legal consultant of the Institute, Lawyer Xiao Min, and all the staff and cadres participated.

In order to further enhance the awareness of the rule of law among the staff and cadres of the Shanghai Institute of Instrument and Meter, and to promote the staff and cadres to learn the law, understand the law, abide by the law, and use the law, a legal knowledge lecture on the newly enacted "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" and the rights and responsibilities of employees was held in the multi-functional lecture hall of the Institute on the afternoon of July 30th. This lecture was specially invited by the legal consultant of the Institute, Lawyer Xiao Min, and all the staff and cadres participated.

In the lecture, Lawyer Xiao Min elaborated on the significance of the first civil code of our country in a profound and easy-to-understand manner. At the same time, through the combination of theory and practice, and in connection with current events, such as the Hangzhou murder case, he analyzed the legal relations involved one by one. He used these vivid and lively cases and humorous language to explain the legal knowledge involved in the civil code to everyone.

In addition, Lawyer Xiao Min, based on the actual work of the previous unit, took the theme of "loving the job, devoting to the job, abiding by the rules, and fulfilling the duties", and made an in-depth explanation of how to do a good job in accordance with the law, popularized labor legal knowledge, enhanced the awareness of "duty, power, and responsibility" of employees in the process of enterprise operation, and explained the ambiguous situations often encountered in the work with the law, and also made detailed explanations through a number of real typical cases. After the lecture, the questions of concern to everyone were answered on the spot.

The purpose of this legal lecture is to integrate the law into the daily work and life of every staff member, to have a subtle influence, and thus to play a positive guiding role in the future work and life of the enterprise and its staff members.
